Refund policy
We stand behind every product on this site. Each one was selected against the FPC Standard and proven in real homes before it was listed.
Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Email us at support@forpawsco.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Before you return
If the product simply isn't a match, consider donating it to a local animal shelter or rescue organization. Most accept unopened toys and treats. If you'd still like a refund, we'll process it.
Damaged or defective items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@forpawsco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll issue a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges at this time. However, you may return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at support@forpawsco.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@forpawsco.com.
